1User Agreement

By registering for an account on WatchEarn, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

2Account Rules & Restrictions

To maintain a fair ecosystem for our advertisers and users, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated earnings:

• •No VPNs or Proxies: The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, or any other IP-masking software is strictly forbidden.
• •No Bots or Automation: Automated scripts, autoclickers, macros, or emulator software used to falsely generate video views or complete offers are not allowed.
• •One Account Per Person: Users are permitted to have only one account. Multiple accounts registered to the same IP address or device may be flagged and banned.

3Earnings & Payouts

WatchEarn points have no real-world cash value until they are officially requested for withdrawal and approved by our system.

• Earnings are credited to your account only after successful verification of offer completion or required video watch time by our third-party advertisers.
• We reserve the right to adjust account balances if points were awarded due to technical errors or fraudulent activity.
• Payout requests are currently only supported via UPI and Gift Codes. They are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by these payment processors.

4Account Termination

WatchEarn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and any pending balance will be voided.

5Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
